St Mirren Football Club is delighted to announce that Cameron MacPherson has signed a contract extension that sees him tied to the club until summer 2020 with the option for a further year.
The St Mirren Academy graduate made his Saints debut at the age of 18 as a substitute in a 2-0 win away to Dundee in the Scottish Cup back in January 2017.
MacPherson has made 11 appearances for The Buddies and came off the bench last week in our 0-0 draw with Celtic.
The midfielder has also featured for the St Mirren Colts in both their IRN-BRU Cup ties this season - scoring in wins over Kilmarnock and Hamilton.
Speaking on the new deal, Cammy said: "I'm buzzing to get it done. I've known about it for a while but now it's finally done I can focus on my football.
"I'm really enjoying my football especially with the new gaffer coming in.
"I feel I've come on really well especially because I've played a few games and been about the first team.
"I think I'm a better player and hopefully in the next year or two I can make myself a permanent part of the first team."
