St Mirren Football Club is delighted to announce the signing of Simeon Jackson on a short-term deal.
The Canadian international joins the Saints until January with the option to extend until the end of the season.
The 31 year-old forward has had spells at Gillingham, Norwich, Eintracht Braunscwheig Millwall, Coventry, Barnsley, Blackburn and Walsall.
Speaking on the move, Simeon said: "I'm delighted to be here and can't wait to get going.
"The lads have welcomed me in really well. It's happened really quick but it's been good.
"The manager was a great guy to meet and as soon as I met him I got a good feeling and I'm looking forward to working with him."
St Mirren manager, Oran Kearney said: "He fits the bill for what we are needing at this point in time.
"He's been about the Championship in England for a long time and his pedigree goes before him.
"When he arrives in and you see the shape he's kept himself in it's obvious he is a top professional.
"He'll be well liked around the place and he'll be a good influence on everybody around the club."
