St Mirren Football Club is delighted to announce that Simeon Jackson has signed a contract extension until the end of the season.
The forward joined St Mirren in September and initially signed a short-team deal until January.
A Canadian international, Simeon has scored one goal in his five appearances for Saints.
Simeon said: "It was definitely an easy decision.
"I'm enjoying it here with the boys. It's been great and I'm delighted to be here until the end of the season."
St Mirren gaffer Oran Kearney said: "It's imperative that we are in a position to create for him because I believe if the chances are in front of him he'll find the back of the net.
"It was only fair to do it till January at the start, but his application in training and how quickly he has got up to speed has been fantastic.
"Having players with experience is hugely important and Simeon ticks that box. He's been there and done it, but there's also still a hunger and a desire to do well."
