St Mirren Football Club is pleased to announce the loan signing of Jordan Holmes from English Premier League side AFC Bournemouth until the end of the season.
The 21 year-old Australian goalkeeper joined the Cherries back in 2013 and signed a new deal at the end of the 2017/18 season.
During his time in England, Jordan has had spells on loan at Weymouth and Eastbourne Borough.
St Mirren manager Oran Kearney said: "It’s all happened quite quickly.
"Obviously Danny Rogers was out for a period of time earlier in the season with a knee injury and he has hurt the knee again. There’s been a scan there and it looks like he might be out again for another period of time.
"With that it opens the door for Jordan. He is someone we know through sources in the game and has a good pedigree. He was keen to come up and is looking to forge a good career in the game for himself."
