St Mirren Football Club can confirm that it has completed the signing of Seifedin Chabbi on loan until the end of the season subject to international clearance.
The Austrian born Tunisian U21 cap joins the Buddies from Turkish Süper Lig side Gaziantep FK.
Seifedin, a 26 year-old forward, has previously played for the likes of St Gallen and Sturm Graz whilst also playing alongside Ilkay Durmus at SV Ried in Austria.
Seifedin has scored 77 goals in 231 career appearances and manager Jim Goodwin is delighted to have added him to the squad.
The gaffer said: "We've really done our homework on this one. His stats are really good and he's a proven goalscorer.
"He scored 24 goals in 35 games during the 2017/18 season whilst playing alongside Ilkay Durmus at SV Ried which won him his move to Turkey.
"He started well at Gaziantep scoring five goals in the Süper Lig in his first season but a change of manager limited his chances and we're happy to have got him in."
