Loan Watch: 20/03/2023

We have a number of our players out on loan at clubs across Scotland. Here's a look at how some of them got on at the weekend.

Toyosi Olusanya and Jay Henderson were both in cinch Championship action at the weekend. Toyosi played 45 minutes for Arbroath as they drew 1-1 with Morton at Gayfield - a result that moved the Red Lichties off the bottom of the league on goal difference. Jay Henderson played the full 90 minutes for Inverness who, despite holding a half-time lead, lost 2-1 to league leaders Queen's Park.

Dean McMaster started for Airdrieonians and played 65 minutes in their emphatic 7-0 win over Peterhead. That win came on the back of a 6-1 victory over Kelty Hearts the previous week and moved the Diamonds into the play-off spots at the expense of FC Edinburgh.

In the Lowland League, there was no Ewan Thomson for Cowdenbeath as the Blue Brazil lost 4-0 to Berwick Rangers. Dalbeattie Star - who have St Mirren Youth Academy player Gavin Gallagher on loan - weren't in action as their match against Hearts B was called off due to a waterlogged pitch.
