St Mirren Football Club is delighted to announce that Charles Dunne has agreed a one-year contract extension.
The defender, whose initial contract was due to expire this month, has decided to put pen to paper on a new agreement with Stephen Robinson’s men for the 2023/24 season.
The 30-year-old has made 65 appearances during his two years at the club and now goes into his third season with Saints.
Speaking to stmirren.com, Charles said: "I’m buzzing to be back with the boys and the manager.
"I’ve really enjoyed it at St Mirren. We have a great dressing room with good people at the club so I’m over the moon."
Manager Stephen Robinson added: "We’re delighted to have Charles with us for another year.
"We know what he brings to the team. He's experienced, left-sided, quick, strong and he’s a big personality within the dressing room."
