Loan Watch: 21/08/2023

We have a number of our players out on loan. Here's a look at how some of them got on at the weekend.

Aiden Gilmartin scored a double for East Kilbride in their 9-0 win over Nithsdale Wanderers at K-Park on Friday night. The 18-year-old climbed off the bench at half-time and netted twice as EK secured their place in the second round of the South Challenge Cup in emphatic fashion.

Kieran Offord made his second start for cinch League One side Edinburgh City on Saturday. Despite losing to early pace-setters Hamilton Academical, Kieran was named Man of the Match for the Citizens.

Fraser Taylor impressed for NIFL Premiership side Ballymena United in their two matches last week. The 20-year-old started for the Northern Irish side in both their matches against Larne and Linfield. Despite defeats in both, the St Mirren Youth Academy graduate was singled out as impressing against the sides that finished in the top two of the NIFL Premiership last season.
