St Mirren Football Club can confirm that Kieran Offord has joined NIFL Premiership side Crusaders FC on loan until the end of the season subject to clearance.
A St Mirren Youth Academy graduate, Kieran has made 14 appearances for the Saints first-team. The 20-year-old takes the next step in his footballing development after previous loan spells with Stirling Albion, Edinburgh City and Alloa Athletic.
Like Saints, Crusaders have qualified for the UEFA Europa Conference League, but will start a round earlier than the Buddies.
Manager Stephen Robinson said: "This will be an important step in Kieran's development.
He'll be playing at a good level and we hope it will benefit him as it did with Fraser Taylor when he went across to Ballymena last season."
The club retains an option to recall the forward in January. We would like to wish Kieran all the best during his time with the Northern Irish side.
