NOTICE is hereby given that the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of the Company will be held on the 12th day of December 2023 at the SMISA Stadium, St Mirren Park, Greenhill Road, Paisley, Renfrewshire, PA3 1RU at 7:30pm for the following purposes:
Ordinary business
- To consider the Accounts for the year to 31 May 2023 and the reports of the Directors and Auditors.
- To transact any other ordinary business of the Company.

Notes
A Member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote in their place. The proxy (in accordance with the terms of the existing Articles of Association) should be deposited at the Registered Office of the Company not less than 48 hours before the time of the Annual General Meeting.
If a member has not received a proxy or a copy of the Annual Accounts, please get in touch with info@stmirren.com with a valid email address or attend The SMiSA Stadium to collect a copy.
