Declan John

Declan John joined St Mirren in November 2024 on an initial short-term deal before signing an extension until the end of the season the following month.

Capped seven times by Wales, Declan was most recently with Bolton Wanderers and spent last season on loan at Salford City.

The 29-year-old began his career at Cardiff City and had loan spells at Barnsley, Chesterfield and Rangers before signing with the Ibrox club on a permanent basis. He would return down south, moving to Swansea City with loans at both Sunderland and Bolton before joining Wanderers permanently in 2021.
