SMISA members are voting on proposals that would see majority fan ownership of St Mirren delivered by the end of next year in partnership with Kibble.
A members meeting was held recently at the Glynhill Hotel in Renfrew to discuss the plans and allow members to ask questions of those involved.
Members have until Friday February 21 to vote in favour or against the proposal.
