Marcus became St Mirren's sixth signing of the 2020/21 season when he penned a one-year deal after leaving Ross County.
A Celtic youth academy graduate, Marcus is best known for his time at County where he spent five-and-a-half years making almost 200 appearances while captaining the side for the previous two seasons.
Marcus extended his deal by a further two years in 2021 after impressing in his first year at Saints. An ever present, Marcus made his 200th St Mirren appearance in our 2-1 win over Rangers on Boxing Day 2024 and is currently contracted to the club until summer 2027.
