The games keep on coming for Saints with Jim Goodwin's men playing host to Dundee on Saturday.
St Mirren face the Dens Park outfit following a 2-2 draw away to Motherwell on Wednesday night. Eamonn Brophy netted twice as the Buddies came from 2-0 down to take a point at Fir Park. That draw saw Saints finish the first round of cinch Premiership sitting in seventh place on 14 points.
Dundee will be looking to bounce back after their midweek loss at home to Ross County. James McPake's side were defeated 5-0 by the Staggies at the Kilmac Stadium.
Before Wednesday, the Dee had picked up four points from six since returning from the international break - defeating Aberdeen 2-1 and drawing 1-1 with Hearts at Tynecastle.
