Saints are road on Saturday for our first away day of the 2022/23 season.
The Buddies head to Cowdenbeath knowing a win will be vital in their hopes to progress through Group E of the Premier Sports Cup.
A last-minute goal saw Arbroath beat Saints 1-0 in our opening Premier Sports Cup match at the SMiSA Stadium last weekend.
Cowdenbeath have lost their opening two Group E fixtures with 3-0 defeats against both Airdrieonians and Arbroath.

The e-ticket QR code you then receive can either be printed off or displayed on your phone at the Central Park turnstiles where it will be scanned before admission.
Tickets are priced at £12 for adults and £6 for concessions (65 and over, U16s and disabled).
Pay-at-the-gate will also be available at Central Park, but please note gate prices will be charged at £1 higher per category than online.

Saturday's match will be the first time St Mirren have faced Cowdenbeath since May 1993 in the old First Division.
Cowdenbeath won that match 2-1 at Love Street. St Mirren had won the previous five matches between the two - three of which were at Central Park.
The last League Cup meeting between the two was in August 1992 when Barry Lavety scored the only goal in a 1-0 win for St Mirren at Love Street.
