St Mirren return to The SMiSA Stadium on Saturday for our first cinch Premiership home match of 2023/24 as we host Dundee.
Stephen Robinson's men kicked off the new cinch Premiership season with a dramatic 3-2 win against Hibernian at Easter Road on the opening day of the season. Two goals in two minutes from Mark O'Hara and Toyosi Olusanya had Saints 2-0 ahead at half-time. But Hibernian pulled it back to 2-2 with goals from Adam Le Fondre and Christian Doidge. It looked like the Buddies might have had to settle for a point, only for Alex Greive to score in the last minute of normal time to give us the points and our first opening day win since 2020.
Newly-promoted Dundee started their season with an opening day draw against Motherwell. The Dee drew 1-1 with the Steelmen at Dens Park with Lyall Cameron scoring as Tony Docherty's side came from behind to take a point.

Saints were victorious in the previous two cinch Premiership meetings - winning 2-0 at The SMiSA Stadium in May 2022 thanks to goals from Alex Greive and Curtis Main, while Connor Ronan's injury time goal gave us a 1-0 victory at Dens Park in March 2022.
Dundee's last victory against the Buddies came in October 2021 when Max Anderson's goal gave the Dark Blues a 1-0 win in Paisley.
