The Opposition
Saints were edged out at Celtic Park when the sides met on the final day of last season. A brace from Mark O'Hara twice had us ahead, but a late Luis Palma goal saw the Hoops win 3-2 in Glasgow.
Celtic's defence of the Premiership title has seen Brendan Rodgers' side defeat Kilmarnock 4-0 at Celtic Park on the opening day before a 2-0 win away to Hibernian.
The Hoops also booked their place in the quarter-finals of the Premier Sports Cup last weekend at the expense of the Hibees, winning 3-1 at Celtic Park.
Our last victory over Celtic came just less than two years ago. Goals either side of half-time from Mark O'Hara and Jonah Ayunga saw Saints win 2-0 at The SMiSA Stadium and consign Celtic to their first league defeat in 38 matches.
From the Manager | "We know how we have to play to get a result"
Speaking to the media ahead of Sunday's match, manager Stephen Robinson said: "Celtic have proved over time that they are a really tough opposition with real quality.
"They've started the season, as always, really well and they have a fantastic manager in Brendan Rodgers.
We know what the task is. We know how we have to play to get a result.
"We've got results, played very well and taken Celtic all the way on lots of different occasions and little bits of indecision, tiredness or sheer quality in the end have undone us.
"We want to make a really good game of it. We believe at home we are a match for anybody and we go into it with confidence."
The Officials
The referee on Sunday is Chris Graham. He'll be assisted by Calum Spence and Colin Drummond.
