Kilmarnock are winless from their opening four William Hill Premiership matches this season.
Derek McInnes' side picked up their only point so far in their last match before the international break with a Bruce Anderson injury time penalty seeing Killie draw 1-1 with Hibernian. The Ayrshire side saw defeats to Celtic (0-4), St Johnstone (0-3) and Aberdeen (0-2) in their first three league matches of the season.
Killie reached the play-off round of the UEFA Conference League, but lost 3-1 on aggregate to Danish side Copenhagen.
Saints' last league victory against Kilmarnock was in February 2021 when goals from Kyle McAllister and Jon Obika saw the Buddies win 2-0 in Paisley.
