The Opposition
The Hibees currently prop up the league with David Gray's men having picked up eight points from their opening 11 league matches.
Their solitary win came on matchday five when they defeated St Johnstone 2-0 at Easter Road in September. Hibs have drawn their last three league matches, being held 1-1 at home against both Dundee United and Hearts, while also drawing 0-0 away to Ross County. Those three draws came off the back of three defeats on the spin, losing to United (2-3), Motherwell (1-2) and Rangers (0-1).
Saints have already faced Hibs this season with the Buddies running out 3-0 winners at The SMiSA Stadium on the opening day of the season. Roland Idowu netted the opener shortly after half-time before a late double from Oisin Smyth secured a first day victory for Stephen Robinson's side.
Saints were also victorious in two league visits to Easter Road last season, winning 3-0 in February and 3-2 on the opening day of the 2023/24 season.
