St Mirren travel to Dundee on Saturday to face Dundee United in the William Hill Premiership.
Stephen Robinson's men go into this weekend's match on the back of a good run of form that has seen them pick up 10 points from the last 12 available.
The Buddies returned from the final international break of 2024 with a 2-1 win over Aberdeen at The SMiSA Stadium. Goals from Toyosi Olusanya and Richard Taylor saw Saints inflict a first league defeat of the season on the Dons.
A win on Saturday would see Saints leapfrog United in the William Hill Premiership with the Arabs sitting two points ahead of the Buddies.

Date: Saturday 30th November 2024
Kick-off: 3pm
Venue: Tannadice Park
The Opposition
Dundee United have defied their newly promoted status to sit in fourth place in the William Hill Premiership this season. Five wins and five draws in their first 13 league matches have the Arabs sitting on 20 points.
Jim Goodwin's side picked up a point on their return from the international break following a creditable 1-1 draw away to Rangers. That result kept United just three points off the Ibrox side heading into December.
United have prevailed in the two meetings between the two sides this season. Both matches have been closely contested, but it's been United who have come out on top winning 1-0 on each occasion. Ross Graham's first-half goal was enough to see United triumph in our Premier Sports Cup meeting at Tannadice in August, while a late Emmanuel Adegboyega saw the Arabs win 1-0 in Paisley in league action.
Saints are unbeaten in their last four league meetings at Tannadice, winning three and drawing one. Our last win away to United came in August 2022 when a brace from Curtis Main and a late Alex Greive goal saw the Buddies win 3-0.
