Richard Taylor joined St Mirren in January 2023 on a deal until the end of the 2022/23 season with the club holding an option to extend further.
The defender signed for Saints following the expiry of his contract at League of Ireland First Division side Waterford where he made 33 appearances.
The 22-year-old Englishman began his career at Burnley before signing for Southend United in 2019. Richard would have further spells at Barnet, Dulwich Hamlet and Dagenham & Redbridge before signing for Waterford in January 2022.
