Renew your Season Tickets Now | Our Loyalty Period is Open

We're heading for an exciting 2024/25 off the back of our most successful top-flight campaign in almost 40 years. Look out your passports as the Saints are heading for Europe!

With your support we followed up last season's top six finish with a second in a row and qualification for the UEFA Europa Conference League - our first European spot since 1987.

We want to thank and reward our loyal season ticket holders for the ongoing support in what has been an exciting season of football. Season ticket holders will be given priority access to tickets for our UEFA Europa Conference League home qualifier.

For current season ticket holders, we are offering you exclusive access to our loyalty period to allow you to renew your ticket and secure your seat for a three-week period before all seats are released for general sale.

Our loyalty period runs from Thursday 16th May at 10am to Thursday 6th June, giving you three weeks to renew your ticket and retain your seat at our early bird prices.

Please note on Friday 7th June all seats will be released into general early bird sale, and these will go on sale from Monday 10th June, so now is the time to renew!

Once your ticket order is complete you will receive a confirmation email. Please ensure all details are correct and contact the ticket office if you have any issues. Once again this season you will have access to a free app which will hold your season ticket. You will also have the option to purchase a physical card for a small fee of £4, including postage.

If you have requested a physical card it will be printed in the coming weeks; we will update you when they are available, before the season commences.

#FOREVER

Following a review of our data and conducting competitive research, we have made some changes to our season ticket categories ahead of the 2024/25 season in order to improve the offering to our fans.

We are introducing a standalone category for 12-17 year olds because we want to ensure we are inclusive of this growing audience of St Mirren fans. These junior tickets will no longer be part of the concession category, allowing a season ticket to be affordable to this evolving demographic.

To complement the new junior category, we are modifying the criteria of the Family Season Ticket. This ticket will now be available for two adults and up to three children, under the age of 12. Situated in The Tony Fitzpatrick Family Stand, this ticket provides incredible value, with the cost equalling the same price as two adult tickets in this stand, providing up to three children for free.

Please ensure that, in renewing your tickets, that you account for any changes in personal circumstance, including accounting for the introduction to the Junior season ticket for any youths age 12-17.

Our concessions include over 65s, students and those who are unemployed. Our Family Ticket proves to be the best value for money for two adults and up to three children under 12, and we have our Adult, U12s, Ambulant and Wheelchair tickets. We ask that you select the correct corresponding category when you renew your seat/s.

There is further supportive information outlined below for renewing each type of season ticket. Please note that if you are purchasing a concession ticket, we will ask that you provide proof of this before your new season ticket is validated.

We want to remain competitive on the pitch and give the manager the best resources we possibly can in our quest for another successful season. There has been a modest price increase to reflect the continued cost of living, but we have kept this to a minimum in order to continue to provide the best value we can for you to support St Mirren and be an integral part of our future, FOREVER.

We have endeavoured to reduce the impact as much as possible. However, we continue to offer great value for money in comparison with other Premiership clubs. For the full statement from John Needham the Chairman please click HERE.

#OurFamily Our family ticket includes two adults and three children under the age of 12, offering excellent value for money for a family day out. This ticket is approximately £35 per family per game on our early bird pricing, and £40 at full price, which is a massive saving on walk-up prices.

More information on purchasing this bundle ticket is outlined below. Please note that family ticket renewals, or to transfer to a Family Ticket must be done at the St Mirren Ticket Office. This is a special ticket bundle and cannot be purchased online.

Introducing new finance options

We encourage the purchase of season tickets if you regularly attend matches because the savings made on walk-up prices are significant. However, we know season tickets are a big financial commitment and have introduced a new payment option that will allow you to spread the cost of your season ticket. This option can only be accessed if you are renewing your ticket online, strictly no sales through the Ticket Office.

  • Capital Credit Union

We have partnered with Capital Credit Union to provide a simple and ethical finance option to help spread the cost of your season ticket.

To take advantage of this, you will need to be:

    • 18 years or older.
    • Able to make regular repayments by Direct Debit.
    • In regular employment (minimum of 16 hours per week) including self-employment, or in a permanent residence with your spouse/partner who is in regular employment.
    • Have a debit card or Credit Card in your name and registered to your address and have a bank or building society current account.

Finance is subject to status. Terms and conditions apply.

You will need to complete a full finance application (this may include a credit check) with Capital Credit Union, after you have provided your details for your season ticket.

Finance is provided by Capital Credit Union, a passionate and award-winning community-owned bank, who prioritise members over profit. Capital was established in 1989 and is one of the largest ethical finance providers in the UK, with over 29,000 members and assets of £44m. They are authorised by the Prudential Regulation Authority and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and Prudential Regulation Authority.

Further, we continue to offer interest free payment plans if you do not wish to take up the finance option but would still like to spread the cost of your ticket. If you wish to renew your season ticket with finance in place, please visit the ticket office. This payment option will be spread over 4 months, with the first payment in July. Please note, if you have defaulted on a payment previously, you will not be eligible to use the standing order facility through the club.

Please note, Seasons Tickets bought through standing orders via the Ticket Office will be at Full Price, not the Early Bird Renewal price and can only be purchased from the ticket office.

Finance Option

If you wish to take up the finance option via Capital Credit Union (CCU) please use the promotional code CREDIT in order to zero your basket. Before you do this it is imperative that you take a note of your total order. On the confirmation page we ask that you click on the link to take you to CCU’s application page to complete the payment process.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are not planning to apply for finance then do not enter anything in the promotional code box. We will not be able to confirm your seat renewal until you have been through the application process for finance or paid in full. If you are unsuccessful in your finance application, please contact the ticket office to make alternative arrangements for payment in order to keep you seat secured.

  • CCU Finance Option

We are delighted to be working with our new Club partner Capital Credit Union (CCU) to providing an affordable finance option for our supporters.

Thanks to CCU, supporters will be able to split the payments of their Season Ticket across nine, eight, seven or six months. A low APR of 11.6% is applied to the total price of your Season Ticket (total basket value) and will be split equally across the payment term that you select.

Please note, St Mirren Football Club Limited acts as a credit broker not a lender and will introduce you to our finance partner, CCU, to complete your application for finance. CCU are authorised by the Prudential Regulation Authority and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and the Prudential Regulation Authority. Firm reference number 213575. Subject to status and affordability. Terms and conditions apply.

How to Renew Your Season Ticket 2024/25

During our three week Loyalty Period, commencing on Thursday 16th May, we are holding your seat to allow you time to renew your ticket for next season and guarantee your seat with the added benefit of early bird pricing. You will have until midnight on Thursday 6th June before we release the seats from the Loyalty Period into General Sale.

During this period, you will benefit from our early bird pricing, which will be available when the seats are released, until Sunday 30th June. Once this period has ended all sales will move to full price on Monday July 1st

We have created a guide to support you in renewing your Season Ticket. The step-by-step process is outlined below:

Please visit stmirren.com/seasontickets to start your renewal process.

  1. You will be asked for your email address used to place last season’s order, so please ensure you have it ready. If you have bought multiple season tickets in one transaction you will be able to renew online. However, if it was done over multiple orders then you will need to come into the ticket office directly to renew.
  2. After you have entered your email, you will be taken to a screen that will highlight the seats in your previous order. Only you will be able to see and select the seats you have previously bought.
  3. If you wish to continue without any changes from the previous season, select add to basket and go to checkout where you can make payment for your order.
  4. If you wish to amend your order for any reason, just click on the seat you wish to amend:
    • If you no longer require one of your seats, click on the seat to deselect it and it will be removed from your order.
    • If you wish to change seats, then please deselect your current seat and pick any available seat to add to your order.
    • If you wish to change your season ticket type based on a change of circumstances, click on the seat that you wish to change to deselect it and then select it again and chose the appropriate ticket type. (Please note if you are selecting any type of concession or ambulant for the first time then your ticket will be ‘live’ once you have provided proof of your concession).
    • If you wish to add another seat to your order, you will be able to select any of the available seats and choose the appropriate ticket type.
    • To continue, please add to basket and proceed to checkout where you can make payment for your order.

Digital Wallet or Physical Card Option

We are recommending our new digital wallet, via an app as your preferred ticket type. This means, your season ticket will be available to you, on our web app free of charge, if you have a smart device. You have the option of purchasing a physical card at a cost of £4 per card, including postage, for those that do not have access to a smart device, or that would prefer a card.

If you have any questions or require support, please visit the Ticket Office at the stadium where we will be pleased to assist you, call our ticket office on 0141 840 6120 or email tickets@stmirren.com

Remembering Those That Have Passed | 2023/24

As we do every year, we will be remembering all the St Mirren supporters that have sadly passed away throughout season 2023/24.

The club will be honouring those that have passed at our home match against Kilmarnock on Saturday 11th May.

If you would like the name of someone who has passed away this season to be included on the big screen during the applause then please email scoreboard@stmirren.com by 5pm on Wednesday 8th May.

Our thoughts to all the families who have lost loved ones throughout the season.

FamZone CANCELLED due to weather warnings

Due to weather warnings issued across Scotland for this weekend, we've made the difficult decision to cancel the FamZone event at The SMiSA Stadium on Saturday.

The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for wind, rain and snow until 10pm on Saturday evening.

The club apologises for any disappointment caused by this cancellation, but it has been made in the best interests of spectator safety. Our hope is to reorganise the event at one of our home matches following the league split.

St Mirren Chief Operating Officer Keith Lasley said: “We are clearly very disappointed that we have had to take the decision to cancel this weekend’s planned FamZone event.

"While a lot of hard work has gone in to making this event a reality, after discussions with our suppliers, the decision to cancel has been taken on safety grounds following the weather alert issued by the Met Office.

"We were all really excited about the activities planned for Saturday, which would have made it the biggest pre-match entertainment event at The SMiSA Stadium. We are now working towards bringing the FamZone to one of our remaining home matches before the end of the season."

Your Home-Start Support Helped 180 Children

Your overwhelming Home-Start support, donating gifts at our match at the beginning of December against Ross County, has helped local families massively as thanks to you, 180 children and 50 parents received Christmas gifts.

We called for fans to contribute and join the efforts of Home-Start in ensuring families with young children have an extra helping hand. You exceeded all expectations with generous donations of toys, selection boxes and toiletries. Often focus is solely on children but with your additional support, parents and carers were gifted too.

It is challenging raising a young family all year-round and Christmas brings added demands to parents. The strategic partnership between the club and Home-Start has the potential to further increase the impact of any essential fundraising activities. St Mirren understand Home-Start’s purpose as it matches our community-driven vision.

Through working alongside Home-Start, the club have committed to providing family tickets for all generations to enjoy a day out together, making memories. The initiative is in addition Help a Buddie ticket donations. The profile of Home-Start is also raised as regular updates are shared. St Mirren’s Chief Operating Officer, Keith Lasley is an ambassador for the local charity to ensure we fully collaborate with the dedicated team members who help families across Renfrewshire and Inverclyde.

Thank you for exemplifying the power of Scottish football fans.

Keith Lasley, St Mirren Chief Operating Officer, shared the dedication the club has to put the community first in decision-making: “The generosity of our fans is special and is exactly what our club stands for. St Mirren’s mission is to be the best community centred football club and through the strategic partnership with Home-Start we can widen our reach and offer extra support to even more families.

“Each week our family stand is filled with parents or carers, grandparents, children and siblings, all making memories. We understand all families can need support and alongside Home-Start, our own initiatives like Help a Buddie and St Mirren charitable foundation activities, we’ll help make sure those across Renfrewshire who ask for a helping hand have options to receive support.”

Lisa Carberry, Home-Start Renfrewshire and Inverclyde Interim Director, expressed her gratitude to the club: “It is fantastic to have St Mirren fans join our efforts in supporting local families with young children. It is not easy to raise a family and we want parents, carers and grandparents to know we are here to be a listening ear and helping hand. We are overwhelmed by the support shown to us from the Paisley club’s sports fans.”

Supporter Update

We were extremely disappointed with the pyro issues that we experienced at our game against Motherwell at the weekend, and recognise the concerns that have been raised by our supporters on these.

Our club has worked tirelessly to educate our supporters regarding the dangers of pyro and the hazardous substances they contain. St Mirren supporters have been mostly compliant at both home and away fixtures in accepting the fact that we want to improve the fan experience in a safe way. Unfortunately, there continue to be individuals that attend football matches intent on breaching safety regulations; regulations set for the benefit of every person attending.

We would like to reassure you of the fact that appropriate action was, and continues to be, carried out against these individuals and this will continue until as many culprits as possible are appropriately dealt with through collaboration and close work with authorities. Specifically in relation to the Motherwell game, a further meeting took place with Police Scotland yesterday to discuss the pyro issues we experienced, amongst other concerns that were identified around the match.

In the wider context, be assured, we are working with the SFA, SPFL, the Government and Police Scotland to try to stop scenes like Saturday. This has already involved changes in legislation through numerous discussions between relevant authorities. Search protocols are involved when planning for each fixture at The SMiSA Stadium and this minimises risk with searches being undertaken on Saturday which identified a number of issues that would have otherwise caused further concerns during the game. Elimination would have been impossible given the intent of individuals and potentially some groups, secreting these devices around their person, however we are looking further at the feasibility of other means of detection.

As a club we hope to have your continued support in trying to deal with these hazards and criminal acts appropriately which involve mechanisms that require several agencies working together to create a safer environment for supporters. We will continue to engage with all segments of our support as we aim to enhance the matchday experience for everyone visiting The SMiSA Stadium.

Thank you again for your feedback and we hope that this information has provided some reassurance that the concerns that have been raised are being tackled.
